How long does it take after cleaning for my carpet to dry?
The answer depends on airflow, humidity, and type of carpet to a large degree but generally we ask customers to allow atleast 10-12 hours for carpets to dry. It is very important that any furniture that has wood feet with stain is not moved back onto damp carpet. Please be sure the carpet is completely dry before doing so.
How long for my upholstery to dry?
The same conditions that impact carpet can impact your upholstery fabric meaning airflow, humidity, and the type of fabric are all factors. However, generally speaking we ask customer to allow 3-4 hours for upholstery fabric to dry. When treating for pet stains, odors, or heavily trafficed furniture the dry times may increase as more cleaning agent may need to be applied to get the best results.
Are you able to get all the spots and stains out of the carpet and upholstery?

The two most important things you can do to prepare for our arrival are moving items up off the floor or into an adjacent room where cleaning is taking place and vacuuming. This is particularly important with large homes where these steps can add significant time to the job.

Please leave us a message if we are unable to get to the phone when you call and we will return your call asap. All cleaning services must meet our minimum service charge of $99. Rooms over 200 square feet count as two rooms.
